Privacy   It is not the policy of this organization to share email addresses with others.  Unless otherwise indicated the supplied address will be used to notify the sender of new products or order status.   Security   Our shopping cart uses Encarta encryption and is secure.   Payment   Payment in full is expected at the time of purchase.  We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards.   Shipping   Any purchase that is in stock will be shipped within 72 hours of processing.  We ship by UPS or United Postal Service.  If special arrangements are needed, please let us know in the comment box of your Shopping Cart.  We will do our best to accommodate.   Out of Stock or Special Orders   If an item is out of stock, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.  Allow the same for any special orders.  No charge will be made until the item(s) is ready for shipment.  An email notification will be sent upon completion.   Returns   Any item may be returned within 30 days of receipt.  It is the wish of this organization to please our customers.  We realize that special items need to be the right fit for the customer.   Refunds and Exchanges   A full refund of the purchase price will be given when the merchandise has arrived in good condition at the shipping site.  We would be happy to arrange an exchange should a different product meet the customer’s needs.
